MENA Capital Holding Company is a direct investment firm based in Sharq, Kuwait. Established in 2006, the firm's objective is to offer its investors the opportunity to achieve risk-adjusted returns by investing in real estate and real estate-related debt investments, non-performing loans, distressed assets, real estate- dependent operating companies and select commercial and residential development opportunities in special situations. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
