Massachusetts Laborers' Health And Welfare Fund is a multi-employer union pension fund based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Established in 1952, the plan was created for the purpose of providing retirement, death, survival and pension benefits to the participants of the plan and their eligible beneficiaries. The plan was established under an agreement between the various local unions and district councils affiliated with the Laborers' International Union of North America (the Union) and various contractor associations (the Associations). The assets of the plan are managed by the board of trustees.
