Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees' Retirement Board

Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees' Retirement Board is a single-employer defined benefit public pension fund based in Boston, Massachusetts. Established in 1974 by MassHousing, the fund covers all eligible employees of MassHousing including all regular full-time and certain part-time employees. The plan provides retirement, disability, and death benefits to participants and their beneficiaries. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC).
