Mars Growth Capital is a Singapore-based venture capital and financing platform jointly sponsored by MUFG Bank and Liquidity Capital. It backs growth-stage technology companies through non-dilutive financing and equity funding, including the Unicorn Fund, Growth Fund and Europe Fund, and has acted as a lead or co-lead investor in later-stage rounds. The firm focuses on APAC and EMEA, with activity across Asia, Europe and Japan, and targets sectors including FinTech, SaaS, enterprise software, e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, education, HR tech and HealthTech. Financings can reach up to $120M based on company performance.
