MaRs IAF Pareto Holdings

MaRS IAF is a Toronto-based venture capital fund launched in 2008 that invests in Canadian technology founders from day zero through pre-seed, seed and early-stage rounds. The evergreen fund focuses on sectors including enterprise software, healthtech and life sciences, cleantech, sustainability, deep tech, cybersecurity and legal technology, with a strong Ontario presence. It provides capital alongside mentorship, networks and customer access, and has acted as a lead investor in seed financings.
