Marathon Petroleum Retirement Plan

Marathon Petroleum Retirement Plan is a single-employer non-contributory defined benefit corporate pension based in Findlay, Ohio. Established in 1998, the plan provides retirement and death benefits to eligible employees of Marathon Petroleum. The Northern Trust Company is the plan trustee and US Steel & Carnegie Pension Fund is the sub-trustee for the plan. The plan consists of RMT Sub-Plan, the Catlettsburg/Northwestern Refinery Base Plan, the Northwestern Refinery Sub-Plan and the Catlettsburg Refining Sub-Plan. The plan is managed by the executive management team.
