Mane Capital is an investment banking boutique founded in 2013 and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The firm specializes in structuring and execution of equity and debt capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions transactions for both private and publicly listed companies. Mane Capital also provides corporate finance services to foreign strategic and institutional investors to enter the Bulgarian market by identifying the most appropriate targets for them both on merger and acquisition and capital market levels.
