Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) is a Malaysian property development, engineering, construction, and infrastructure company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. Established in 1968 as Perak Carbide Corporation Sdn Bhd and listed on Bursa Malaysia since 1971 under stock code 1651, the company shifted its focus to property development in 1981 and adopted its current name. MRCB is the pioneer of Transit Oriented Developments (TODs) in Malaysia and the master developer of the iconic Kuala Lumpur Sentral central business district, one of the largest integrated transportation hubs in Southeast Asia. The company's operations span four core segments: Property Development and Investment, Engineering, Construction and Environment, Facilities Management, and Infrastructure and Concession. MRCB's property development activities are underpinned by a 358-acre urban land bank with an estimated gross development value of MYR 52 billion. The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) holds approximately 38 percent of the company, making MRCB a government-linked corporation.
