Litexco

Litexco is a money management firm based in Barcelona, Spain. Established in 1989, it is a privately owned investment company with the objective of investing in outstanding office complexes in emerging cities, taking a long-term view toward value creation and preservation, investing as a Principal rather than handling investments or acting on behalf of third parties. It has diversified its investments in agriculture and livestock, private equity funds, start-ups, art, and antiques. Its aim was to find investment opportunities in the emerging economies of Eastern Europe and in the more mature economies of Southern Europe. The assets of the firm are managed by an executive management team.
