Legacy Health is an independent non-profit foundation based in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1989 by the merger of two hospitals, Good Samaritan and Emanuel, the foundation primarily provides grants to support education, community, and medicine. the foundation provides services in the north to the Vancouver area and south to the mid-Willamette Valley. The foundation offers health services for anticoagulation, behavioral health, burn, cancer, cardiac surgery, clinical trials, day treatment, infusion, deep brain stimulation, diabetes, drug testing, emergency care, epilepsy, eye care, foot and ankle, gastroenterology, gynecology and obstetrics, hearing and balance, heart, horticultural therapy, imaging services, infusion services, cardiology, radiology and kidney transplant services. It also offers mammography, neurosciences, nutrition, orthopedics, palliative care, physical therapy, pregnancy, and childbirth services, primary care, hematology, sleep services, sports medicine, surgery, transplant, trauma, urology, vascular, wellness and prevention, women's health, and wound and ostomy care services.
