LDGR Capital Management, LLC (Denver) is the general partner (“GP”) of LDGR Crypto Fund I, LP (Delaware) and LDGR Crypto Master Fund, SPC (Caymans) (collectively the “Funds”). The Funds and GP were established in August 2017 to provide qualified investors with simpler, safer and smarter investments in the burgeoning crypto industry. The Funds have a long bias in emerging blockchain technologies, and seek to deliver superior returns to holding individual crypto assets. The Funds provide a core fundamental value strategy, enhanced by secondary strategies, including event driven investing, ICO participation, and margin lending as a hedging instrument. The Funds are presently accepting subscriptions from a limited number of sophisticated investors generally in amounts of not less than $500,000.
