LandFund Partners is a real estate investment firm that encompasses a series of closed-end private equity funds created to acquire and hold farmland properties throughout the United States. It currently manages over 20,000 acres of farmland in the lower Mississippi River Valley through its investment vehicles and direct investment relationships. The firm is based in Nashville, Tennessee and was founded in 2013.
