KV Capital is a privately held Edmonton, Canada based investment fund manager and exempt market dealer. The operations of the firm include completing private placements, discretionary portfolio management of pooled investment vehicles and originating/underwriting private mortgages. It launched it's private equities business in 2016, focusing on lower mid-market opportunities in Western Canada. It was founded in 2006 by Chartered Accountants and Chartered Business Valuators.
