Kodak Retirement Investment Plan (KRIP) is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Rochester, New York. Established in 1929, the plan provides the retirees of Eastman Kodak Company and some of its domestic subsidiaries operating in the United States with a predetermined monthly retirement benefit upon reaching a specific age. Effective December 31, 2013, the Qualex Base Pension Plan merged into this plan and transferred its assets and liabilities to the plan. The plan is administered by the Kodak Retirement Income Plan Committee (KRIPCO), which is the plan administrator and named fiduciary. BNY Mellon Bank is the trustee of the plan.
