Keiretsu Forum is the world's largest and most successful Accredited Investor - Private Equity Community with nearly 1,000 accredited/angel investor members throughout twenty-six chapters on three continents. Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic is committed to becoming one of the preeminent private equity/angel investment organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region and is in the process of creating a core team of Angel Investor Members, Sponsors, and Partners. Since Keiretsu Forum's founding in 2000, its members have invested more than $400m in 300+ companies in software, telecom, health/life sciences, biotech, real estate, mobile applications, Internet, consumer products and other high growth areas. Forum members collaborate in the due diligence and funding terms process, but make individual investment decisions, with rounds in the range of $250k-$2m. The Due Diligence Fellowship Program recruits local law & MBA students to engage in the due diligence process. Forum members have donated over $2m to date to over 110 non-profit organizations. Membership in Keiretsu Forum Mid Atlantic is by invitation only and members must be accredited investors.
