In 2013 Swiss private bank Julius Baer took a minority stake, acquiring a majority in 2016. In May 2024 Kairos Partners SGR was acquired by Italian asset-management group ANIMA, opening a new consolidation and growth phase under ANIMA ownership with current CEO-level leadership alongside Chairman Guido Maria Brera.
