Juggernaut Capital Partners (JCP) is a direct investment firm based in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Established in 2009, the firm primarily targets middle-market companies primarily in the business services and consumer products industries. JCP invests primarily as a majority shareholder, but will also consider investing as a very substantial minority shareholder in certain situations. Within the business services industry, the firm has a particular focus on the sub-sectors of outsourcing, sales, and marketing services and retail services. The company will invest in industry consolidations, management-led buyouts, corporate divestitures and the public to private transactions through various structures including buyouts, recapitalization and restructures. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
