JSC Partnership Fund (PF) is a sovereign wealth fund based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Established in 2011, the fund was created on the basis of consolidating the ownership of the largest Georgian state-owned enterprises operating in transportation, energy and infrastructure sectors. PF's main objective is to promote investment in Georgia by providing co-financing (equity, mezzanine, etc.) in projects at their initial stage of development. Additionally, it also engages in asset management, fund of funds and direct investments. It is managed and administered by the management and supervisory board members. PF is split into two separate business units: asset management and investment activity. The Fund is wholly owned by the State of Georgia represented by the Government of Georgia.
