Joy Global Pension Plan

Joy Global Pension Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Established in 1984, the pension plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to plan members. The plan covers eligible employees of Joy Global, manufacturer and developer of underground mining machinery. The plan is overseen by a four-member plan sponsor committee appointed by the company. The investment portfolio of the plan is overseen by an eight-member Pension and Investment Committee as appointed by the company's Chief Executive Officer.
