Jefferson Capital Partners I, LP is a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) formed by Jefferson Capital Management to provide an additional source of capital for small to middle market private companies. Jefferson invests in established companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, industrial products, service industries, consumer products, wholesale and distribution, healthcare products and equipment, and applied technology. Transactions that are of interest to Jefferson Capital include Growth and Expansion, Acquisitions, Management Buyouts, and Recapitalizations. The firm typically invests $1 to $2 million in a transaction. However, Jefferson is capable of co-investing in significantly larger transactions through other private equity partnerships. Jefferson Capital primarily works with businesses located throughout the Southeastern U.S., Texas, and the Midwest.
