Irving Place Capital (IPC) is an investment advisory firm based in New York, New York. Established in 1997, the firm focuses on making equity investments of $75 million to $250 million in middle-market companies. The firm invests in companies primarily based in North America and Western Europe which are in the retail and consumer, industrial, packaging and healthcare industry. The firm was formerly known as Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
