International Union of Operating Engineers Pension Fund of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware

International Union of Operating Engineers Pension Fund of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware (IUOE Pension Fund of Eastern PA and DE) is a multi-employer and defined benefit union pension based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The plan was established in 1960, as a result of collective bargaining agreements between the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 542 and the General Building Contractors Association and the Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania. The pension fund provides retirement, death, and disability benefits to eligible members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 542 which represents members employed in eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Wells Fargo is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the board of trustees.
