Innovation Ulster (IUL) is a direct investment firm based in Newtownabbey, United Kingdom. Established in 1997, IUL is a wholly owned knowledge and technology venturing company of Ulster University. The firm is engaged in generation of consultancy activity on behalf of the university, innovation services and commercialization of research emanating from the university including support for and investment in spin out companies. The assets of the firm are governed and managed by the executive management team.
