Idaho National Laboratory Employee Retirement Plan (INL Employee Retirement Plan) is a multiple-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Established in 1971, the plan provides retirement benefits to eligible employees. Three committees provide overall governance for the plan, the Plan Investment Committee (PIC), consisting of seven members, is the named fiduciary of the plan and provides investment management and oversight for the plan's assets, the Plan Operations Committee (POC), consisting of six members, performs settlor functions for the plan and the Plan Administration Committee (PAC), provides day to day administrative oversight to the plan. The Northern Trust Company is the Trustee of the pension fund.
