Hamilton Ventures is a financial services firm, engaged primarily in private equity investments and strategic advisory to growth stage companies; with a particular focus on Fintech and Technology. We work alongside innovative entrepreneurs and ambitious management teams with a vision to identify and accelerate growth amongst our portfolio companies Hamilton Ventures is able to draw upon the rich information flow supplied by its extensive network of financial sponsors in order to select the best deals from a wide range of opportunities. As such, our goal is to offer investors the same opportunity to participate in our selective, high-quality deals whether they are interested in low or medium liquidity exposures. Amongst our selected portfolio companies we work together with the incumbent management in order to establish an effective long-term business plan. Hamilton Ventures prides itself on its intensive due diligence process in sourcing and identifying deal opportunities. These procedures cover new deals and, equally importantly, the close monitoring of deals already in the investment phase, thus enhancing our familiarity with our portfolio companies and subsequently reducing the risk exposure to our investors. Hamilton has been approved and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority since its inception.
