Granite Properties (Schusterman Family) is a privately held Plano, Texas real estate investment, development and management firm focused on Class A office and mixed-use assets. It deploys capital through value-add acquisitions, ground-up development, long-term holds and joint ventures across U.S. markets including Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, Southern California, Boston and Nashville. The firm owns and operates about 11 million square feet of office space and has completed more than $10.3 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including $2.3 billion since 2021 with substantial partner equity.
