Frontline Ventures is a Dublin and London-based venture capital firm founded in 2012, focused exclusively on globally ambitious B2B software companies seeking to build businesses across the transatlantic market between Europe and the United States. The firm operates two distinct strategies: Frontline Seed, which backs European B2B software companies at pre-seed and seed stages with investments of a'-500,000 to a'-2 million, helping them achieve Series A funding and expand into the U.S. market; and Frontline Growth, which invests in U.S.-based B2B software companies at Series B and C stages seeking to expand into Europe, particularly leveraging Ireland as an EU entry point. In 2024 Frontline raised $200 million across its two funds, backed by the European Investment Fund and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. The firm has invested in over 80 European companies through Frontline Seed, with more than 70 percent graduating to Series A and notable portfolio companies including Workvivo, Pointy, Signal AI, Finbourne, Cloudsmith, and Qualio.
