We are focused on growth capital investments in Indian small and medium enterprises in engineering, ICT, healthcare, clean technology, consumption and education sectors. We typically take significant minority stakes and actively engage with the entrepreneur and management in strategy, operations and team building. Our team has cumulatively 120+ years of operating track record with more than 40 years at CEO levels in Indian as well as+ American companies in multiple geographies. We leverage our business leadership, broad operating expertise and deep networks in Indian business, to help take our portfolio companies to the next level. Our current fund is fully invested with one exit and 5 investments. We are raising funds for the next fund, IKMF-II.
