Forty51 Ventures is a Basel, Switzerland-based venture capital firm and company builder backing European early-stage biotech and life sciences companies with a path to the clinic. It targets seed and early institutional financings, can lead or co-lead first institutional rounds, and has acted as a lead investor. The firm is therapeutic-area agnostic, with interests including CNS, oncology, immunology and inflammation, fibrotic disorders and ophthalmology, and investment activity in Swiss therapeutics companies.
