Fondsfinans

Founded in 1915, Fondsfinans was the oldest independent stockbroker and investment bank based in Oslo, Norway. The firm had offices in New York, United States and offer services within corporate finance, equity sales and trading, fixed income sales and trading, equity and credit research. Fondsfinans offered advisory and transaction services within equity capital markets, debt capital market, equity- and debt-financing, bonds, mezzanine and mergers and acquisitions to various sectors such as financial institutions, aquaculture and fisheries, technology, media and telecom, industrial small and medium enterprises, real estate, infrastructure, media and entertainment. In June, 2016 the firm was acquired by Beringer Finance.
