Fondo de Ahorro de Panama

Fondo de Ahorro de Panama (FAP) is a sovereign wealth fund formed on June 5, 2012 and is based in Obarrio, Panama. The fund aims to establish long-term for the Panamanian state saving mechanisms through prudent investment strategies in order to create coverage for emergencies or natural disasters and economic downturn for the benefit of future generations Panamanians. The board of the panama savings fund is the managing body and defines main objective the investment policy of the fund's assets.
