ETS Strategic Capital

ETS Strategic Capital is ETS’s corporate venture and strategic investment arm, deploying capital through equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and growth partnerships in education and human progress. Based in Princeton, it focuses on U.S. opportunities and targets Series B, Series C, and later-stage companies with product-market fit, with select earlier-stage flexibility. Its sector focus includes education, future of work, AI, HR tech, SaaS and marketplace models, and it has acted as a co-lead investor.
