Enterprise Community Partners is a non-profit foundation based in Columbia, Maryland. Established in 1982, the foundation works with partners nationwide to build opportunity and creates affordable homes in thriving communities linked to jobs, good schools, health care, and transportation. It lends funds, finance development and manage and build affordable housing while shaping new strategies, solutions, and policy. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of trustees.Enterprise Community Partners' investment portfolio is valued at $522.36 million with investments in domestic and international, equity, private equity, and cash.
