Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO) is a Denmark-based public institutional investor and export-finance institution that deploys capital directly into companies and through funds, investing approximately EUR 300 million annually. EIFO backs scalable Danish companies with global ambitions, international funds active in the Danish startup ecosystem, and venture co-investments. Its activity includes early-stage venture exposure, with focus areas spanning the green transition, transformative technologies, defence, climate, energy, CleanTech, life sciences, SaaS, semiconductors, materials, and mining across Denmark, Europe, Ukraine, and Greenland.
