Ecolab Pension Plan

Ecolab Pension Plan is a single-employer, non-contributory, and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 1972, the plan provides retirement, disability, and death benefits to all full-time employees and certain part-time employees of Ecolab and its subsidiaries. Northern Trust Company is the trustee of the plan. The plan is managed by the executive management team.
