Delta Pilots Defined Contribution Plan is a single-employer corporate pension based in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 2005 by Delta Air Lines for all pilots of the company, who are eligible for participation in the plan upon their first day of employment. The plan is maintained for the exclusive benefit of eligible company pilots and their beneficiaries and is subject to collective bargaining. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the executive management team.
