Dakota Cement Trust Fund

Dakota Cement Trust Fund (DCT) is a corporate pension based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Founded in 2001, DCT was established from the net proceeds from the sale of the South Dakota Cement Plant. The objectives of DCT are to provide a distribution of market value to the general fund and promote an inflation-adjusted growth of the fund and a steadily growing distribution amount. DCT assets were invested in diversified portfolios. The fund is managed by the South Dakota Investment Council.
