Crescent Real Estate Equities is a real estate investment trust that owns or has interests in various properties, including offices (accounting for 60% of all assets), resorts and hotels (10%), and upscale residential developments (18%). The rest of its assets are invested in refrigerated warehouses across the country. Most of Crescent's 71 premier office properties, totaling about 28 million square feet, are concentrated in the Dallas and Houston metropolitan areas.
