HighPoint Capital targets companies with $10 million to $100 million in revenues and $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA. Our principal loan size is $5 million to $20 million. HighPoint Capital provides flexible structures for strategic acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, internal growth, and management buyouts.
