Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund

Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund (C&E) is a Nashville-based investment partnership focused on building transformational companies in Tennessee, including seed and early-stage businesses, and has a generalist approach to investing. Council Capital and Enhanced Capital Partners joined together in 2009 to form the C&E Tennessee Fund, and participate in the state's TNInvestco program. C&E seeks high-growth companies (including minority-owned and women-owned businesses) that possess the ability to be transformational for the benefit of economic development in Tennessee, and also generate high returns on invested capital for C&E's stakeholders, including the State of Tennessee.
