Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. (CCAT) is an East Hartford, Connecticut–based nonprofit applied technology and workforce development organization that helps manufacturers and industrial companies adopt emerging technologies, improve operational performance and build skilled talent pipelines.
