Community Development Partners

Community Development Partners, founded in 2006, primarily invests in real estate projects in the St. Louis region, but occasionally considers projects in other locations or out of state entities, as well as Venture Capital pursuits. Community Development Partners invests in medium-to-high risk ventures. These ventures are primarily lower middle risk real estate investments, but CDP has been involved in higher risk ventures with the right circumstances. Investing with CDP is a long term activity. Community Development Partners, primarily invests in project in the St. Louis region, but occasionally, projects in other locations and work with out of state entities does occur.
