Comerica Retirement Income Account Plan is a single-employer noncontributory corporate pension fund based in Dallas, Texas. Established in 1957, the plan provides retirement, death and disability benefits to the eligible employees of Comerica. The assets of the pension fund are managed and governed by the executive management team. Comerica Bank, a subsidiary of the corporation serves as a trustee of the plan.
