Clocktower Tax Credits (Clocktower) is an economic development agency based in Maynard, Massachusetts. Established in 2010, the mission of the firm is to raise capital for economic development projects. Through the use of a variety of investment structures, ranging from simple tax credit certificate sales to complex tiered partnerships, Clocktower Tax Credits designs transactions to fit the specific type of tax credit being sold and the needs of the entities selling and buying the credits. The firm is managed by the executive management team.
