Founded in 2002, CDIB BioScience Ventures is a life-science venture management company, with total capital of $80 million and operations in the United States and Taiwan. CDIB, the largest dedicated life science venture fund in Taiwan, targets global life sciences and healthcare investments, especially in the fields of drug discovery, drug development, platform technologies, medical diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, drug delivery, and medical devices. CDIB prefers investing in mid-to-late stage companies, but will consider early stage companies on a case-by-case basis. Each investment size ranges from $2 to $5 million dollars, depending on development stages.
