Carpenter Capital is a Cambridge, Massachusetts real estate development, ownership, management and brokerage firm with roots to 1898, focused on hospitality, residential, mixed-use, office and retail projects in the United States. It has also backed U.S. seed and Series A companies, including government technology, civic software and related software businesses, and has acted as a seed-stage co-lead investor.
