Legal cannabis-ancillary companies provide business solutions, services, and products for the cannabis industry. It invests in companies operating in the grow technology, water energy technology, payments, back office, internet, social media, data, analytics, certification, packaging, processing technology and healthcare sectors. It is looking to support women-led & minority-led companies. It runs a 16 week program for its companies. It was founded in 2016 and is based in San Diego, California.
