Brunei Investment Agency

Brunei Investment Agency (BIA) is a sovereign wealth fund based in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. Established in 1983, BIA is an investment arm of Brunei's Ministry of Finance and manages the government of Brunei's general reserve fund and other external assets. It is focused on increasing the real value of Brunei's foreign reserves while pursuing a diverse investment strategy, with holdings in the United States, Japan, Western Europe and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries. The assets of the agency are managed by the executive management team.
