Blue Crane is the Bentonville, Arkansas-based real estate development and investment arm of Runway Group, founded in 2014 by Tom and Steuart Walton. The family-office platform acquires, develops and manages place-making real estate across Northwest Arkansas, including mixed-use, retail, office, residential, hospitality and outdoor-recreation-oriented projects. It is most relevant for real estate, retail, travel, food and beverage, and community-destination opportunities in Bentonville and the broader Northwest Arkansas market, with supported acquisition sizes of about $15 million to $34 million.
