Founded in 2001, Blue Corporate Finance was a Munich, Germany based financial advisory firm advise entrepreneurs, companies and investors on corporate sales and financing topics. The firm specialized in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and buy-ins, leveraged buyouts and buy-ins, succession planning, restructuring an special situations advisory, capital raising, capital market transactions, debt financing, and joint venture consulting. As of December 6, 2015 the firm was merged with Quarton Partners to form Quarton International.
